Consult a doctor

Danica Health Package is available to be purchased by persons living in Denmark with a pension savings of at least DKK 25,000 with Danica Pension.

How to register and book for your family members:

Register your family (required for all family members – regardless of age)

• To allow your spouse, partner, or child to use the doctor, psychologist, dietitian, family counselor, or coach, you must first register your family.
• Log in to Netpension or Mobilpension.
• Select “Health Package”
• Select “Go to Teladoc Health” bottom of the page
• If this is your first visit, complete the registration for yourself and any family members.
• Once registered, you can add family members under your profile: Click “View profile” in the top right corner and select “Add family member”.
• The new family member will then receive a registration email.

Booking an appointment:

• Family members over 15 years old: After registration, they can log in themselves via MitID and book an appointment here: https://danica.teladochealth.dk/loginIf you don´t have MitID, please book an appointment by calling Teladoc Health at +45 80 83 02 52
• Family members under 15 years old: Booking and consultation must be done via the insured person’s profile. During the booking process, select the child as the participant.

You and the following family members can consult the experts:

• your spouse/registered partner
• your cohabitant with whom you have lived in a conjugal relationship and at a shared address for the last two years before he/she wants to use the Danica Health Package
• your biological or adopted children aged 0–24
• your spouse’s/registered partner’s biological or adopted children aged 0–24. To be covered, the child must live at the same address as you at the time when the child needs to use the Danica Health Package
• your cohabitant’s biological or adopted children aged 0–24. To be covered, the child must live at the same address as you at the time when the child needs to use the Danica Health Package. An additional requirement is that you and your cohabitant have been living together in a conjugal relationship and at a shared address for the last two years before the child needs to use the Danica Health Package.

In order to be considered to share the same address, both must be registered at the same official address. For children, the shared address is not considered to have ceased if the child temporarily lives in another dwelling if such stay forms part of the child’s education – for example a stay at a continuation school (efterskole).
